Business Development Manager - APAC


Utilising your years’ of experience in B2B serviced apartments or hotel background to identify, pursue and convert new corporate and agency client opportunities.




You’ll represent SilverDoor in the APAC region as the business grows always maintaining a good working relationship with new contacts to grow the SilverDoor profile.


The role holder will need to balance strategy with execution, think big, yet immerse themselves in enough data and insight to drive profitable, new business revenue growth, performance.


Being out of the office is a must as regular national and international travel is required to develop long term partnerships and network with property partners.




Your role


You will work in Business Development – our hardworking and close-knit team here at SilverDoor Apartments – who work together to build contacts and establish long-term relationships with clients and businesses through winning new business, meeting clients and attending property partner and industry events.


Ensuring clients are impressed by the quality of our service will be a vital aspect of your role. By working closely with our Account Management and Marketing teams, they’re able to meet and exceed our revenue targets.




The ideal attributes


· B2B serviced apartment, property or hotel background experience is essential


· Up-to-date knowledge of the industry


· 3 years' experience with business expansion and account wins preferably market related


· New business development experience


· Strong networker with existing strong client relationships


· Confident meeting clients face-to-face
