Man 24-hour Operations Hotline2. Check, schedule, and respond to jobs from agents across different communication channels (emails, Whatsapp, and calls)3. Plan, assign, and manage drivers4. Co-ordinate jobs between agents, drivers, crew and colleaguesTraining1. Training will be between a month to two depending on progress and learning ability of Trainee2. Trainees will need to master ALL functions of the job well before they can man the hotline on their own3. Trainees will be paid a nominal fee and will then draw a regular salary upon the completion of trainingQualities Needed1. Possess good interpersonal/communication skills (both oral, and written)2. Has initiative and attention to detail3. Is organized4. Ability to work independently, and is collected, under pressure5. Able to handle google products (email and calendar) proficiently6. Have a good sense of accountability and responsibility, and is reliable7. Is effectively proficient with using computers and mobile phones.8. Possess a positive disposition and is willing to learnKindly note that we are only able to hire Singaporeans or PRs due to limited quotas.
