#SG United, Executive, Operations (1-year contract)
SINGHEALTH POLYCLINICS

$2800 to $3900 (Monthly)

Responsibilities:



  1. Process and track licences, tenancy agreements, contracts, and maintenance schedules

  2. Manage inventory of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment and services

  3. Process mobile allowance claims

  4. Maintain staff user access to various systems

  5. Manage SHP’s telcomms administration and related enhancements/set-up (e.g. VOIP system, analog lines, mobile phone & broadband plans, etc.)

  6. Handle and follow up on any HQ feedback and fault reporting issues

  7. Escort contractors during routine servicing/maintenance

  8. Raise ePRs, verify invoices, and resolve related billing issues

  9. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  10. Provide administrative support to Office Management, which may require the need to work beyond office hours

  11. Perform any other duties as assigned



  • Support reception and internal dispatch duties

  • Maintain department filing system

  • Ensure general cleanliness of office area

  • Manage and maintain department mailbox

  • Create EDM contents for dissemination




Requirements:



  • Degree with Computer Science (IT) is preferred; graduate of other disciplines are welcome to apply

  • 1-3 years of experience preferred; entry level degree graduates are also welcome to apply

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (in both verbal and written)

  • Highly motivated, solutions-oriented, a self-starter and a good team player

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions

  • Meticulous with strong organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – E.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
