HR CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT
SOON KIAT CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE PTE LTD

$2400 to $2800 (Monthly)

Responsibilities/Duties:




- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisement, activate recruitment agents and managing the hiring process


- Assist in HR duties including process application, renewal, cancelation of work-passes and Gov related.


- Workers payroll computation - assist in coordinate & calculating workers OT hours, attendance list and Trip driver salary


- Prepare worker’s employment contract


- Workers’ accommodation – source for new accommodation / dormitory, apply/renew/terminate tenancy agreement to ensure workers staying at the legal accommodation


- Maintain workers records and personal data


- To monitor company’s quota status and levy tier and submit monthly report


- To distribute workers monthly payslip to workers


- Involves in workers grievance and disciplinary handling


- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems


- Apply administrative support function with good organizational skills


Fully understand for all MOM regulation & system


- Attend to all telephone calls & enquirers


- Good interpersonal and strong communication skills to liaise with associates


- Preparation of Quotation & Invoices.


- Ad-hoc duties






Job Specifications/Requirements:




- Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.


- Minimum 3 years working experience in HR


- Good command of English and Mandarin (oral and written) to liaise with internal and external Chinese customers


- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
