Super Talent Childcare Ltd (previously known as THK Childcare Centres) underwent a revamp and were rebranded with effect from 1st January 2018. The centres aim to provide professional early childhood care and quality education for our children within the community.

Our programmes serve children between 18 months to 6 years of age regardless of race, language or religion. Super Talent Childcare provides both child care and infant care services (2 months to 18 months).

Student Care Teacher (Part-time)
SUPER TALENT CHILDCARE LTD.

$300 to $600 (Monthly)

1. JOB PURPOSE


- Responsible for carrying out all aspects of daily teaching and development activities as well as pastoral care for the children enrolled in the Centre.


2. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES


A) Centre's Programmes


- To assist Supervisor/Snr Teacher/Teachers to plan and deliver programmes/activities in and outside the Centre to achieve learning and development goals in line with the Centre's philosopy and objectives


- Supervise students in their daily homework and plan and carry out assessment work after school homework


- Carry out and instil daily routines in children during eg meal/bath/nap times


- To assist Supervisor/Snr Teacher/Teachers to prepare learning materials and conduct age-appropriate programmes for in-house and outing during school holidays.


B) Counselling and Guidance


- Provide a positive learning environment and ensure the well-being and safety of the children


- Maintain respect and order in the Centre during outside activities


- Counsel students as needed


- Liaise with the Supervisor/Snr Teacher/Teachers concerning the larning and development of the children


C)Preparation of Environment


- Prepare and carry out lessons according to the Centre's programme guidelines


- Encourage students' participation in activities


- Implement creative ideas, engaging activities and stimulating lessons


- Maintain safety and security rules and practices including fire drills, evacuation exercises, first aid training, safety patrols etc


D) Student Records


- Monitor and document children's learning and development


- Keep attendance reports


- Update and maintain students' medical conditons, travel declarations etc.


E) General


General Administrative Duties eg assisting the Supervisor/Snr Teacher:


- In marking students' attendance and work


- Disseminating and collecting information, official forms issued by the authorities and the Centre, indemnity forms for holiday/extra-curricular activities etc


- Working as a team in implementing improvement and innovation in the operations of the Centre


3) Any other duty that may be assigned by the centre from time to time.

Pre-school Teacher (L2 /L1English)

JOB PURPOSE


Responsible for carrying out all aspects of daily teaching and development activities as well as pastoral care for the children enrolled in the Centre.


JOB DESCRIPTION


Be part of a dynamic team to enhance the quality of Singapore’s pre-school education landscape. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in providing our young with an enriched learning experience, nurturing their social skills and preparing them for lifelong learning. You will plan and deliver education programmes to help foster holistic learning and development for the children and be involved in parent and community engagement.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


· Plan and deliver education programmes for the holistic development of the children


· Support the development and implementation of teaching and learning approaches and resources, as well as best practices to enhance the learning experiences for the children


· Prepare learning materials and conduct age-appropriate programmes


· Provide a positive learning environment and ensure the well-being and safety of the children


· Engage parents and partners in education to be involved in learning and development of the children


· Monitor and document children’s learning and development


· Any other duty that may be assigned by the Centre from time to time.


REQUIREMENTS:


· At least 5 GCE ‘O’ level credits including English Language.


· Diploma in Pre-school Teaching - Leadership (DPE-L) / Diploma in Pre-School Teaching (DPT)

/Certificate in Pre-school Teaching (CPT),or its equivalent recognised by ECDA


· Passion to work with children
