Application Security Architect

$7000 to $12000 (Monthly)

Primary Purpose

The Application Security Architect provide expert advice and consultancy to development team to reduce risk impacts of software vulnerabilities in bespoke programs and help to devise security controls to secure software


· Perform Security Architecture Reviews, Threat modelling and code reviews as part of the SDLC

· Provide advice and consultancy in handling and remediating software vulnerabilities

· Perform Risk Assessment on Application Architecture, Infrastructure and Network

Work closely with software engineers from the various development teams to build a secure architecture and coding


  • Degree in Computer Science and Engineering

  • Proven experience as Security Architect or Application Architect with Security knowledge is preferred

  • Familiar with security at all levels of the software, hardware, and network stack; while being exceptionally deep in application security

  • Strong knowledge on secure coding, secure design, OWASP knowledge and mitigations methods

  • Having working experience in threat modelling and familiar with STRIDE model, MITRE cyber kill chain, analysing and creating attack tree

  • Having Hands-on experience in SAST, DAST, SCA and familiar with one or more of the following tools, i.e. SonarQube, Veracode, Fortify, Qualys, OWASP ZAP, Nexus IQ, OWASP Dependency-Check

  • Certified in Security certifications, e. g. CISSP, CSSLP, CEH, CISM, OSCP, CCSP etc. is highly preferred

  • 3+ years of experience working in application security and 5-7 years of software design & development using Java / J2EE technology / C# / F# / Visual Basic

  • Strong coding skills in one or more of the following programming languages e.g. Java, C/C++/C#/F#/Visual Basic, Javascript, Go, R, Swift, PHP

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate within the technical project team and customers

  • Good team player with a positive attitude

HR Business partner

Position Overview: Trend Micro Singapore has a world class office, great infrastructure and a highly collaborative and supportive work culture. We are looking for HR Business partner to support our South east Asia Business. In this role, you will be working very closely with regional HR Director, SEA Business leader and Country managers.

In this role you would be responsible for: 

  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with Business leaders, Sales & Technical managers in the team.  Collaborating & partnering with other HR & Sales functions like Talent Acquisition, C&B, HRSS and sales Ops as required. 

  • Partner with regional Leaders and Sales managers to provide inputs related to People cost, SRP, talent & performance management, career & Succession planning, learning and development, compensation and rewards, employee relations and recognition programs. 

  • Manage and lead various HR initiatives at both hands-on and strategic levels.

  • Take responsibility of any Ad-hoc duties that needs your contribution.

Below are the Experience & Skills we are looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a HR business partner in Cybersecurity, Saas or Software Technology industries. Experience working in Sales organisation and supporting sales leaders is an advantage. 

  • Prior experience using Workday is a good to have. 

Account manager-Count AWS

The Cloud One* Regional Account Manager (Overlay) will be responsible for providing business leadership and management to strategic accounts. While working with the Field Account reps, You will build and execute a plan on how to generate activity, build relationships, develop opportunities and engage resources while maintaining customer satisfaction within the account.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Work with the SEA Sales Manager for Cloud Business to define account strategies and identify opportunities to land or expand strategic accounts 

  • You will work with Field Account Managers who owns the account to help them o Build relationship with the Cloud Teams or the Builders within customer organization o Drive activity for customers to understand how to secure their cloud environments

  • Work on how to structure opportunities within the AWS/Azure marketplaces

  • You will be working with AWS account Managers to:

  • Build a cohesive execution plan to drive customer success

  • Review progress on deals on accounts

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or diploma with prior experience in selling software or technology with direct sales experience, where the target customers have been large enterprise organizations engaging with IT and or Security teams.

  • Travel may be required, flexibility to support the assigned territory is needed.

  • Strong independent work ethic and collaborative skills.

  • Superior communication and presentation skills.

  • CRM system utilization – a plus.

Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager responsible for revenue generation by taking Pega services to its pertinent clients in Singapore and APAC


• Corroborate profitable business growth


• To drive the project identification (project, budget, timelines, and current state) for focus, key stake-holder identification, and sales cycle within those identified projects.

• Ability to identify key large-scale projects/opportunities across the Region & and decide the plan to focus to grow the business 30 to 40% YoY with a strategic go to market plan. Ability of put in place a program for both short term and long-term projects and Staff Augmentation Opportunities and Managed services

• To provide an ongoing visibility to the management about the health of business and revenue.
