Account Sales Manager (Software)
TECMAVEN GROUP PTE. LTD.

$4000 to $6000 (Monthly)

We are looking for a qualified Account Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing exisitng and new customers and meeting sales targets.




As a Account Sales Manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.




Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.



  • Discover new sales opportunities, follow up the new leads and build up the client pipeline from existing and new clients/industries

  • Identify and transform leads into opportunities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

  • Develop positive relationships with clients

  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions

  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth


Key Success Factors:



  • Bachelor degree (engineering preferred)

  • 1-3 years’ sales experience with proven sales records

  • Good knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management (3D Design/Engineering, Simulation and Manufacturing), preferably across industries

  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience and over-achieve sales targets

  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

  • Ambitious, resilient and do not give up easily

  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined

  • Open and co-operative with different people and/or remote teams

  • Team player
