Project Manager
TG DECOR PTE. LTD.

$4000 to $5000 (Monthly)

JOB DESCRIPTION



  1. Responsible for overall project management on major projects, profit/loss responsibilities and completion schedule.

  2. Overall responsibility for a successful project and support of project staff.

  3. Maintain and improve client relations

  4. Review project schedules updates by Assistant.

  5. Train and develop project staff

  6. Review subcontracts, purchase orders and correspondence of project staff

  7. Supervise pre-construction of new projects under your supervision, especially projects that will ultimately be assigned to you.

  8. Determine labour requirements and dispatch workers to construction site.

  9. Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.

  10. Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.

  11. Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.

  12. Develop and implement quality control programs.

  13. Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.

  14. Evaluate construction means and methods to determine cost-effectiveness of plans.


REQUIREMENTS:



  1. Excellent internal and external customer service skills with ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.

  2. Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail

  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.

  4. Must be a team player with the ability to work in group or independently.

  5. Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

  6. Demonstrated computer proficiency including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Project, Power Point, Word and Excel.

  7. Minimum of 5 years’ experience.

  8. Diploma/Bachelors or Masters Degree in Building Construction.
