STIMULI, a project under THE DIGIT, is a connection and learning platform that provides collaboration opportunities between companies, institutions, and students in Singapore. Through STIMULI’s online service, companies and institutions have to access to a large pool of students and young professionals eager to contribute and learn; in turn, students can gain valuable and practical learning experiences to build their skillset and explore their passions.

About the Role:

We are looking to hire a Brand & UIUX Specialist. That will be a crucial member of our team and will support the senior team members in translating our product's vision into beautiful and compelling digital and print assets.

We’re looking for someone with an eye for great design which is also passionate about creating exceptional consumer visual journeys that meet both brand and business goals.

Candidates should be passionate about the platform and have a keen eye for design, typography, and be familiar with current design trends and best practices for both print and digital.

Duration of the traineeship:

6 months

Training Allowance:

• Fresh Graduates --$2500

• Non Mature Mid Career Individuals --$3000

• Mature Mid Career Individuals --$3500

Job Descriptions:

  • Brand Design: You’ll work on a wide range of deliverables, including marketing + promotional collateral, digital + web assets, social media creative, banner ads, and print collateral. Contribute to the evolution of the look/feel of the brand and ensure consistency by developing style guides and brand guidelines.

  • User Acquisition: Working as part of our marketing team, you’ll design digital ads that drive customer acquisition & retention.

  • Web Design: Create visually appealing website wireframes that are in linein-line with the brand.

  • Ensure that all projects are within deadlines and budget constraints.

  • Work collaboratively with the broader team (UI/UX and Video) to create a consistent brand and message.

  • Work closely with UI/UX to enhance the user experience in their customer journey and identify ways in which we can improve. Create, test, and implement designs, layouts, and user experiences that convert.

Job Requirement:

  • 2+ years of experience (relevant internships count!) designing for web and print with a strong portfolio of work; experience working with a digital native brand is a significant plus.

  • Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required.

  • Excellent understanding of typography.

  • Team-player who loves high-growth environments and is excited to increase our growth, take full ownership of the role and ready to make an impact from day 1.

  • Strong time management and ability to multitask.

  • The ability to think critically + solve problems with concrete direction – on the flip side, the ability to design with vague or little direction.

  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail when finalising designs.

  • Motion graphic / Video editing (Adobe AfterEffects, Premiere Pro) a plus.

  • Proficiency in UI/UX mockup tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) a plus.

Content Executive

$2500 to $3000 (Monthly)

As a content executive, you will be working with a team responsible for managing the parent company website (Potato Productions) and social media channels, increasing brand awareness through digital marketing tools, and building campaigns that continually grow and morph our business. You will be writing, designing and creating content to promote Potato as the main company, while also supporting the marketing efforts of the companies within the group.

Potato Productions is a group of companies involved in several industries such as design, tech, education and more. While every company does different things, we always strive to be creative, do good and have fun!

  • Assist in managing all company social media accounts, website and editorial calendar.

  • Develop engaging and creative content for regularly scheduled posts, promoting brand-focused messages.

  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics for content writing on our blog.

  • Responsible for designing and creating compelling visuals for all communication channels.

  • Assist with streamlining social media accounts to ensure uniform content and tone of voice.

  • Manage day-to-day management of social media networks on Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Telegram, and YouTube.

  • Perform community-building proactively by monitoring and responding to our followers.

  • Track, monitor, and understand content performance through insights and analytics.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise SEM and other online ad campaigns.


  • A flair for words, good copywriting and storytelling.

  • Strong communications skills.

  • Strong in graphic design and typography.

  • Familiar with Canva and design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.

  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment.

  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM and web traffic metric is a plus.

  • Knowledge of photography and videography is a plus.
