RESPONSIBLITIES1.Manages all Club events bookings and enquiries.2.Preparation of Club events logistics and operations.3.Assist in membership roadshows both indoor and outdoor4.Conceptualize, plan, organize and coordinate activities and courses at Club level5.Activities include social, recreational such as Family Leisure activities for members and guests, social and educational courses6.Prepare post-event reports and feedback7.To assist in annual budget plans8.To promote activities through social media platforms and design publicity materials to increase level of participation.9.Assist with logistics, office and store management on a monthly basis, including the procurement process.10.Assist with the training and supervision of other team members where required for the events11.Ensure that health and safety policies and regulations for events are adheredREQUIREMENTS1.Min GCE ‘O’ level2.At least 2-3 years in corporate planning, projects &amp; events management experience. Preferably in hotels /clubs3.Ability to multi-tasks with self-driven attitude4.Strong diplomacy and excellent communications skills5.Highly proficient in Ms Office, Adobe Illustrator and canvas is essential6.Excellent verbal and writing skill7.Outdoor/large-scale events experience an advantage8.Proven track record in creating and delivering successful events
