Assistant Operations Manager

$4000 to $8000 (Monthly)

Principal Responsibilities

  • Monitors and controls daily operational activities and ensures that all transactions/facilities are properly authorised within set limits/delegation of authority

  • Ensures that SLAs agreed with the businesses are met consistently

  • Manage projects including SWIFT ISO20022 and other industrial initiatives

  • Ensure a consistently high level of internal and external customer service level is maintained by meeting SLAs, meeting timelines, and maintaining close rapport with customers

  • Managing the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes

Principal Responsibilities

  • Identify skill based learning interventions though consultation with the business

  • The role will manage International Payments P&L for GLCM Singapore, strategic initiatives and will assist in developing and implementing payments and cash management product performance and strategies, ensuring alignment with global product standards and propositions
