Sales and Marketing Associate
THE WELLNESS FELLOWS PTE. LTD.

$2000 to $3000 (Monthly)

JOB DESCRIPTION – Sales and Marketing Associate


· Be part of the sales and marketing team




· Manage the company’s social media account (Facebook and Instagram), e-marketplaces and WooCommerce platform




· Plan content, promotional deals and execute them effectively on all company’s marketing touchpoints




· Collaborate extensively with both global sales teams and APAC leadership to establish


effective and efficient processes, along with commercial and operational models that address different segment of company’s product and services




· Coach, train, develop other associates and sales reps to help them improve their sales craft




· Coach, train and develop front line staff (e.g. retail, telecommunicators, e-commerce service staff) to build their leadership, communication and service skills/service if needed




· Support Admin team, Brand Director and Operations to achieve sales goals via prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities in new and existing accounts offline and online




· Set team and rep goals and metrics; monitor and manage performance vs goals




· Develop and manage sales pipeline, ensuring consistent and sufficient opportunity creation




· Ensure account and opportunity information in data base is accurate and up-to-date




· Provide regular reporting on pipeline and sales performance




· Use data and analytics to develop insights to help improve business performance




· Work with reps to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process




· Effectively engage with customers as needed to help solve problems and progress deals




· Effectively communicate (written and verbal) with employees, colleagues and management




· Stay abreast of competition and market dynamics




· Other duties as assigned by manager




Job Requirement:


· Min 2-3 years experience in similar job role in preferably retail, pharmaceutical or wellness industry




· Min A levels qualification




· Significant experience in handling e-marketplaces and social media accounts




· Good communication capabilities and experience of dealing with people at all levels across industry, government and stakeholder constituencies.




· Outstanding people management capabilities and high level influencing skills




· Good communication skills, verbal and written




· Charismatic, enthusiastic and motivated
