We have a clinic in Camden Medical Centre (near Orchard Rd), Jelita (on Holland Rd), Katong Square (East Coast) and a Children's clinic also based in Camden Medical Centre (near Orchard Rd).

Registered Nurse - Paediatrics

Our outpatient clinic group is seeking a full-time Registered Paediatric Nurse to be part of our expanding Children's Clinic. Job Description:-



  • Supporting doctors with clinical functions such as administering vaccinations, blood taking and assisting with minor procedures

  • Dispensing of medication to patients under doctors' order

  • Attending to patients' pre & post consult enquiries

  • Administrative duties related to patient files and requests for imaging and pathology


Job Requirements:-



  • Minimum Diploma in Nursing or equivalent

  • Valid Nursing Registration as RN

  • 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred

  • Paediatric experience preferred

  • Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Commitment, energy, drive and flexibility

IDB Administrator
TMVC SINGAPORE PTE LTD

$2800 to $3000 (Monthly)

The IDBA will be responsible for all areas of the insurance direct billing submission and payment processes for their designated insurance companies. As part of the IMC team, the Insurance Direct Billing Administrator (IDBA) will work in conjunction with and under the direction of the Insurance Direct Billing Manager (IDBM).




Key Responsibilities:



  • Claims Management – review of invoices, ensuring complete claim documentation before submission to insurance company

  • Review patient invoices for accuracy and completeness, and obtain any missing information before the submission to insurance company

  • Attend to patient’s insurance inquiries in a accurate and timely manner

  • Prepare, review, and transmit claims, including electronic and paper claim processing

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of clinic claims and reconciliation of payment from the insurance company

  • Follow up on unpaid claims with the insurance company within the standard billing cycle timeframe

  • Liaise with insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments and follow up to close the gaps and/or to resolve any complaints

  • Conduct regular review of current claims processes and working with internal stakeholders on developing new and improved processes to improve efficiency and overall claims experience

  • Assist to provide necessary information on claims status and individual account to manager to allow for accurate and timely submission of reports to management.

  • Related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the direct manager


Key Requirements:



  • Minimum a Diploma in any discipline

  • Background in healthcare industry is an advantage but not essential

  • Insurance/claims related experience preferred

  • Good Knowledge on Microsoft Office applications

  • Meticulous with good numeracy and time management skills

  • Good team player and service-oriented

  • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management skills

Clinic Assistant
TMVC SINGAPORE PTE LTD

As part of the team, the Clinic Assistant (CA) will provide all the day-to-day requirements to support the provision of family, paediatric, and travel medicine services to our patient base. The Clinic Assistant will work in conjunction with the Clinic Manager or Nurse-In-Charge to support all the Clinic Doctors, Nurses, and Receptionists of IMC.




Job Responsibilities:



  • Assist with smooth flow of clinic operations to ensure excellent delivery of patient care

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the clinic, at the reception and patient waiting areas at all times

  • Assist reception staff with front desk duties such as patient registration, appointments and billings in a professional manner

  • Perform and/or assist Nurse in vaccination room with preparation for venipuncture/ in-clinic tests and vaccines

  • Assist in preparing Doctor/Treatment room for minor procedures, ensure appropriate equipment ready and sterile field maintained at all times

  • Perform and input triage key measurements as per protocol into computer system

  • Assist the Dispensing Nurse with preparing medications for patients if and when required

  • Check and sign off for dispensing and vaccines

  • Stock checking, replenishing of medicine stocks and assist Nurse with daily drug counts

  • Assist in administrative clinical tasks

  • Perform related clinical duties as assigned


Job Requirements:



  • Minimum Diploma

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Healthcare setting and familiarity with clinic operations

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Professional, proactive, committed and ability to work independently under tight schedule

With three General Practice clinics and a dedicated Children’s clinic, we strive to provide a high standard of medical care in a caring, friendly and familiar environment. Our patient care is enhanced by our staff of selected medical professionals from a diverse range of countries encompassing North America, Europe, Australia and Asia.


Understanding the experience of relocating to a new country, our doctors provide a listening ear to our patients and assist with their various medical needs. They are able to offer a high level of care and management of conditions that had been previously managed by doctors in the patients’ home countries. Our doctors offer all aspects of acute and chronic primary health care.




This full-time/part-time position is ideally suited to a doctor with sound experience in private practice and exposure to expatriates. The candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills and is able to relate and communicate with a multitude of nationalities.
