Senior HR Executive, Payroll

$2800 to $4000 (Monthly)

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll including preparation of paperwork and data entry for all New Hires, Leavers and employee life cycle changes

• Preparation of all manual payments outside the normal pay run for post pay payments i.e. tax and manual termination pays

• Prepare monthly reconciliation of payroll clearing accounts and general ledger related activities for submission to risk management

• Assist in documentation of all key payroll related procedures with periodic reviews to ensure internal and regulatory requirements are maintained

• Adhere to payroll governance process and perform 4-eye checks (based on segregation on duties across the different team members)

• Assist payroll manager, supporting the team for payroll processing activities as required

• Excellent customer service in answering all payroll queries through the shared payroll inbox and phone

• Working knowledge of all legislation requirements for Singapore

• Strong knowledge in monthly &/ year-end tax and tax clearance processes

• Work on process improvements by looking at alignment across payroll locations/ countries and proposing on best practices within payroll processing


• Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll or finance related environment

• Working knowledge of SAP Payroll or other payroll systems and Workday

MOCVD Engineer (Process & Equipment)

Founded by industry leaders and technologists, our client specializes in the semiconductor segment and has a core team with a combined 100 years of GaN-on-Si technology and manufacturing a wide variety of GaN wafer across a broad spectrum of uses.


  • Support the running of production & development in the module and ensure that process integrity for machines is in place for production

  • Responsible for monitoring, supporting and coordinating process & equipment related issues in their assigned areas

  • Working with EPI engineering in the qualification and fine tuning of the processes for production

  • Trouble-shoot basic process related issues

  • Monitor and improve on the qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools

  • Assist in implementing process & hardware improvement projects.

  • Meet equipment performance indices to meet operation goals. E.g Uptime, COO

  • Review and ensure revenue and direct costs are recognised in accordance with accounting standards

  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers

  • Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities for revenue and cost accounting

  • Perform gross margin and flux variance analysis

  • Review of monthly audit schedules

  • Review and check debit and credit note requests

  • Ensure accurate recording of inventory

Reporting to Finance Manager, the Accountant is mainly responsible for assisting in finance matters

of overseas entities, and preparing management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Handle monthly and quarterly closing activities in accordance to International Financial

  • Reporting Standards and local statutory requirements. Ensure that accounting transactions are properly supported, recorded and reported.

  • Assist in finance operational matters, such as issue invoices, review payments etc.

  • Review journal entries and reconciliation.

  • Prepare monthly reporting which include management slides, audit schedules, forecasting etc.

  • Liaise and coordinate with overseas teams on daily operations matters.

HR and Admin Specialist

$2800 to $3200 (Monthly)

Job Descriptions:

HR Function

  • Support HR leader in, recruitment activities for vacancies (including additional headcounts), Screening of job applications, Research work for on-going reviews on various platforms, HR cycle projects including performance management, culture and brand promotion, sales related training facilitation etc.

  • Support the HR Business Partners as they build and drive People Programs globally. Assist in the maintenance of Workday by auditing data entered during the employee lifecycle.

  • Arrange new employee onboardings/orientation sessions and trainings. Assist in extracting information for completion of surveys and HR data analytics for regular reporting.

  • Research analyze data and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets to generate useful insights and data driven decisions for brand marketing.

  • Involve in the outsourcing of suitable HR functions/solutions to VITAL (e.g: appointment and payroll functions), as part of streamlining of processes and allowing HR personnel to focus on other strategic efforts. This includes provision of individual process workflow and discussion with VITAL on the data migration and implementation of agreed outsourced functions.

  • Run various, regular, and ad-hoc reports for HR Business Partners and for our cross functional teams - compensation, benefits, recruiting, and leadership (including headcount reports, demographic reports, diversity reports, etc.)

Admin Function

  • Responsible for the administration service of office area to ensure a smooth & safe working environment including security management, Update candidate records in the recruiting system. Track recruiting activities and provide weekly report of candidate status.

  • Responsible for updating & developing overall administration policies and procedures, guarantee daily operations are in accordance with legal requirement, company policy and procedures.

  • Responsible for office indirect purchase management and supplier relationship management, including suppliers sourcing, negotiation and contract review, etc.

  • Handle reimbursement, expense application and relative financial report for office.

  • Take ad hoc on talent project assignments from Manager.


  • Relevant in HR management and operations preferably in the public service2-3 years experiences in administration, HR and stakeholder management.
