Job brief


We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing-oriented and internet - savvy intern candidate in assisting the Product Development group in listing into E-commerce websites , filling up listing forms as well as taking Instagram-worthy product shots as well as product lifestyle shots. As a marketing executive , you will assist to collaborate and follow up with internal product teams as well as liaise with external web/marketing/ad agencies to roll out new products to distribution channels as well as E-commerce sites. This position also requires you to build up the company product brands across retail, internet and F&B channels utilising marketing strategies as deem fit. Ultimately, you will need to value-add and contribute to the growth of the business via your marketing experience and knowledge.


Responsibilities



  • Support the team in daily administrative tasks

  • Generate marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and e-commerce sites as well as company website and online shop sales)

  • Prepare promotional presentations

  • Be able to take white background product shots as well as lifestyle product shots

  • List new products into E-commerce sites.

  • Post articles onto company facebook, instagram etc


Requirements



  • Demonstrate a successful track record in brand building.

  • At least a diploma in Marketing with working knowledge in Digital Marketing.

  • Working knowledge of major E-commerce sites

  • Working knowledge of major social media platforms like FaceBook, Instagram ,TikTok, Telegram, Livestream etc

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Strong working knowledge and interest in taking products shots that are KOL/Instagram worthy

  • At least 1 year work experience in relevant field or if fresh graduate having an internship in a marketing role during studies will be an added advantage.

  • Able to work under tight timelines

  • Able to be resourceful and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong interest in foodstuff

  • Strong Visual Merchandising skills and acumen

  • Flair for visual retail

  • Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore PR need apply.

  • At least a diploma in Marketing with working knowledge in Digital Marketing.

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques

Job Description & Requirements

As a Chef De Partie (CDP) you are responsible supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy production kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorization are not received.


Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeps up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.


Chef de Partie Duties and Responsibilities:



  1. Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant.

  2. Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.

  3. Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef / Head Chef.

  4. Responsible to supervise junior chefs or commis.

  5. Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.

  6. Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.

  7. Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis.

  8. Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.

  9. Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.

  10. Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature.

  11. Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning.

  12. Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.

  13. Establishing and maintaining effective inter-departmental working relationships.

  14. Have excellent knowledge of menu creation, whilst maintaining quality and controlling costs in a volume food business.

  15. Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.

  16. Ability to produce own work in accordance with a deadline and to assist and encourage others in achieving this aim.

  17. Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.

  18. Consults daily with Sous Chef and Executive chef on the daily requirements, functions and also about any last minute events.

  19. Guides and trains the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment.

  20. Should be able to set an example to others for personal hygiene and cleanliness on and off duty.

  21. Daily feedback collection and reporting of issues as they arise.

  22. Assess quality control and adhere to hotels service standards.

  23. Carry out any other duties as required by management.


Prerequisites:


A high standard of spoken and written English.

Education:
