The Corporate Security (CorpSec) organization advances the overall state of security for Twitter employees and work environments.Reporting to the Threat Fusion Program Manager, you will be the subject matter expert who will drive complex, challenging and multidisciplinary efforts to collect, analyze, report on data specific to threats and vulnerability across Twitter's global risk architecture. You'll work closely with cross-functional global partners to lead data collection, analysis and modeling. We’re looking for an experienced leader and regional head for the Site Integrity organization, based in Singapore. You’ll develop a deep understanding of the full spectrum of Site Integrity policies and the threats facing Twitter and the people who use the platform — and help lead our team’s efforts to protect against them. With your guidance, the Site Integrity JAPAC team will build region-specific solutions, while contributing to our global strategy and org- and company-wide goals.

  • Work with your counterparts around the world, the leaders of Site Integrity’s policy teams, and the Global Head of Site Integrity to define goals and projects in support of regional and global needs and objectives.

  • Build a deep understanding of the diverse needs of Twitter’s customers around the world, and use that understanding to ensure Site Integrity’s strategy remains aligned with evolving regional needs.

What You’ll Do:


Twitter Trust & Safety seeks a goal-oriented, focused person to join our Legal Policy team in Singapore and help keep our legal process operations organized and on track. You will focus on information requests from around the world. If you're detail-oriented, dedicated, analytical, and have a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently, apply today!



  • You will handle global information requests, including document intake and processing.

  • You will work closely with Legal Policy team members in Ireland, San Francisco and Singapore on prioritizing requests and making the team’s operations more consistent.

  • You will join on an on-call rotation, working closely with other members of Trust & Safety to provide timely responses to emergency requests from all over the world.


Experience in reviewing, documenting, and tracking legal requests is preferred. You will be responsible for supporting your team in making sure requests are processed and tracked in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

What You’ll Do


Your role is to understand the usage of Twitter worldwide, gather insights, identify opportunities, and help prioritize Edge improvements for enhanced customer experience and global growth. You will facilitate discussions on geographical infrastructure investments and content acceleration to enable users to contribute to the conversation regardless of their location, device and network conditions.


Build a solid understanding of Twitter's Edge, how it is built, and how it serves content across countries and regions throughout the world. Work closely with Engineering, Network, Infrastructure, Data Science, User Research, and Legal to craft and develop solutions that will grow usage, retention, and user engagement in accordance with local regulations in place. Advocate for cost-effective solutions, both for Twitter and our user data consumption. Be a voice for our end users, vocalizing their perception of Twitter performance across the organization, and thrive to improve loading speed, user happiness, and responsiveness when appropriate.


You will advocate for product and infrastructure changes when relevant to latency, availability, cost efficiency or data usage. Additionally, you will:



  • Convey your vision through ambitious product roadmaps, working closely with product leaders and software teams, and participate in all levels of team planning.

  • Build and maintain concrete, quantitative, and descriptive dashboards that help you be the voice of the Twitter user and their needs worldwide.

  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to understand how performance and availability impact key business metrics, for better data-driven ideation and investments.

  • Team up with Traffic, Network Engineering and Infrastructure teams to articulate a unique vision for Twitter's Edge.

  • Work with Platform Engineering teams to craft and validate solutions to the most meaningful customer problems, as they evolve over time.
