Project Administrator

$2500 to $3000 (Monthly)

Job Description

· The Project Admin performs all administrative functions concerned with the project.

· Assist Project Manager in updating various manpower schedule and submitting on various government web portal.

· Maintain project filing system for safe keeping important documents including but not limited to drawings,ISO documents, safety documents, correspondence with consultants and government authorities, original site staff attendance records and workers’ time cards.

· Provides administrative support to project Safety Officer in terms of maintaining, updating safety data base, safety training record and report and assist with safety submission.

· Maintains, updates, and distributes environmental/safety policies and procedures documentation.

· Raise acquisition stationery, IT software and hardware procurement. Maintain project fixed assets register and monitoring site stationery usage.

· Manage Photo Copy Machine and keep track of copier and pager usage by site staff and subcontractor staff. Provide monthly usage report to Project Manager.

· Consolidate site workers monthly payroll information from architecture and structure teams. Responsible for monthly worker’s salary compilation and submission.

· Provide basic IT and administrative support to HDB consultant and facilitate various site meeting.

· Compile and submit monthly site petty cash claim.

· Compose correspondence to company personnel and external agencies as required.

· Answers phones and refers calls to appropriate personnel or provides requested information.

· Perform adhoc tasks as assigned.


· Diploma in related field.

· At least 2 years’ experience as Site Admin or Safety Admin.

· Good command of English in order to liaise with relevant government agencies.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proven Office 365 experience – Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.This position requires intermediate to advanced Excel and Power Point file creation and task management.

M&E Engineer /Coordinator

$4000 to $5000 (Monthly)

Job Description

  • Plans and coordinates the installation of M&E service.

  • Liaising closely with stakeholders to facilitate installation works and progress on site.

  • Interpret drawings to settle the discrepancy/non-compliance in drawings, and optimize the M&E installation and the VE works.

  • Prepare project M&E master program and ensure M&E programs in line with the project master schedule.

  • Incorporate structural / architectural and M&E elements in preparation and production of coordination drawings and BIM drawing.

  • Supervise M&E installation for Timber mock up, sample unit, and take photos for record.

  • Enforce control measures on material / plant & equipment / utilities usage.

  • Supervise /monitor sub-contractor to carry out works complying with project schedule and safety as well as quality requirement.

  • Coordinate with other trade to ensure smooth progress.

  • Attend all project meetings, daily meetings and project closure meetings with clients, consultants and other parties.

  • Organize regular M&E meeting with subcon and supplier.

  • Assist Contract Department to carry out verifications of various claims and VO from M&E subcontractor.

  • Assist contract department in monthly progress claim, VO claim to client.

  • Arrange M&E trade demonstrations for approvals.

  • Arrange for inspections, testing of M&E materials & equipment functional test.

  • Liaise with M&E Manager / Project Manager /consultants in solving technical and detailing issues of M&E works.

  • Coordinate with authorities for electricity, gas, and water turn on.

  • Arrange and attend various M&E inspection, submit closure report.

  • Ensures that project M&E documents such as, all respective drawings, ISO documents, email communication, meeting minutes are kept safely and up to date. Maintain and update shop drawing register.


  • At least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&E coordination in Building Construction. Experience in handling HDB BTO project will be added advantage.

  • Ability to read construction drawings and identify discrepancies.
