You will be responsible for the efficient running of our French fine dining restaurant by 3 Michelin star chef Yannick Alleno. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible in overseeing the food preparation & logistics; managing an efficient kitchen team; taking care of the inventory of food and kitchen supplies; ordering, implementing policies and procedures.
Professional diploma in Food Production
Min 2 years of experience in the capacity of a Chef de Cuisine in a 3 Michelin star restaurant
Has a sound knowledge in fine French cuisine
Has a sound knowledge in food cost control
Exudes passion in food management/creation
Ability to relate to various cultures and groups
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices

We are looking for a Storeman with Food and Beverage experience ( 6 months contract) to support our day-to day restaurant operations for our pop-up exhibition.
Store man’s responsibilities includes, managing all functions of restaurant stock and equipment, ensure that stock levels do not run out. The storeman also track inventory spending, as well as keep records of where the inventory and stock are going.
· 7.30am- 4.30pm daily, 5.5 days work week
