Customer Service Executive - US MNC


Salary: $4800


5 days work week


8.30am - 5.30pm


Location: Shipyard Road


Transport: Lakeside, Pioneer and Jurong East MRT




Job Scope:


Order fulfilment


Track and review all incoming orders, ensuring that all technical and commercial details are correct for order processing

Process all orders timely and accurately into the ERP system

Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of orders

Expedite orders to meet customers’ requirements

Acknowledge customers’ orders timely and ensure a high level of responsiveness to customers’ requests.

Review all backlog orders on hand and proactively escalate potential late orders to stakeholders/higher management to mitigate risks on late deliveries or non-performance.

Forecast all backlog orders and ensure monthly forecast targets are met

Review LC terms and negotiate with customers if any amendment is needed.

Work with our 3PL to ensure air/sea shipments are secured for orders.




Customer management

Respond to all customers’ enquiries timely

Handle, manage and escalate customers’ complaints and escalation

Build good rapport with customers

Work with sales closely to manage customers’ accounts

Anticipate customers’ needs and feedback on customers’ needs and requests

Work with customers on their credit hold issues in order to clear road blocks for shipments release and delivery




Compliance and Record Retention

Comply to company rules and policies on all businesses (Trade and Intercompany)

Ensure all record retention




Business Support

Prepare presentations and participate in business meetings like SNOP meetings, Sales meetings etc.
