The Role

As a Senior Health Insurance Consultant, you will be helping to shape our value propositions in the Health Insurance space. In addition to developing our propositions, you will be interacting with senior industry executives to pitch our services and be part of the delivery of our services in the project team.


In addition to advisory work, which includes health insurance pricing and valuation, as a firm with a strong technology backbone, we would expect you to be comfortable with building propositions off our technology to provide a comprehensive solution to the client.

The Role


Overview of Position:


As a core member of the ICT Asia Pacific (APAC) Regional Operations’ team, the incumbent will focus on the effective deployment and streamlining of people, processes and tools. The incumbent will drive operational discipline, efficiency and automation to facilitate effective and maximized client engagement and superior business performance. The role will report to the Regional Operations Director, and operates within a team that spans Business Operations, Consulting Technology Services and Project Management activities.




Role objectives:


Innovation & Operational Excellence (50%)



  • Seek out opportunities to enhance operational excellence and drive continuous improvement across all ICT APAC business activities

  • Lead and/or project manage major operational improvement and change initiatives across ICT APAC, developing and maintaining BAU processes where applicable (e.g. Cloud Migration, Records Management, Digital Workplace, Resource Optimization, Project Management, Business Support etc.)

  • Coordinate regional resourcing efforts to promote optimal staffing combinations for projects and to maximize colleague productivity

  • Develop and maintain a profile as the ICT APAC interface and key point of contact for corporate functions (including HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Privacy etc.) and support corporate-led processes, policies and initiatives in a way that is meaningful to ICT’s business

We are looking for a financial modelling analyst with strong mathematical and client-facing skills to join our financial modelling team. The role will include a mixture of project and client-facing work using our STAR RN product, a risk neutral economic scenario generator (ESG).




You will receive on-the-job training and support to familiarise yourself with our models and systems. You will lead a small team to complete regular calibration of our models, prepare client deliverables and respond to client queries. You will also have the opportunity to participate in research projects and model testing and implementation.



  • Build up expertise in the mathematical models underlying STAR RN

  • Lead a small team in development of the model and calibration process

  • Act as principle contact for STAR RN clients, including responding to client queries, delivering training and undertaking appropriate investigations if necessary

  • Assist with on-boarding new clients




The Requirements



  • Strong mathematical background eg statistics, probability theory, time-series analysis or stochastic calculus with an interest in applying mathematical techniques to financial modelling
