Overview
Accounts Admin Assistant
This is a 6-months Maternity Cover Contract.
May Convert to Permanent after the end of the Contract.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in accounts AR & AP function, issuing of invoice, delivery orders & etc.
- Data entry of invoice document into accounting system.
- Maintain proper records & supporting documents for audit purposes.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to perform task independently and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive mindset, and willing to staying up during monthly closing.
