Accounts Admin Assistant


This is a 6-months Maternity Cover Contract.

May Convert to Permanent after the end of the Contract.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in accounts AR & AP function, issuing of invoice, delivery orders & etc.
  • Data entry of invoice document into accounting system.
  • Maintain proper records & supporting documents for audit purposes.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.


Requirements:

  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to perform task independently and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive mindset, and willing to staying up during monthly closing.
