The Talent

• Min 2 years of administration experience / From office Receptionist Experience
• Min Diploma in Business or equivalent
• Candidates who are on immediate basis is an advantage

Job Description

• Attending to all incoming visitors and internal staff requests.
• Verifying visitor's credentials upon entering.
• Registration for staff and visitors
• Attending to the external service providers services such as - parcel/mail delivery etc
• KeepingInventory list up to date
• Otherad hoc duties as assigned
