Job Description:

  • Acts as the first point of contact for the customers
  • To make efforts to understand both internal and external customers, anticipating customer needs and giving high priority to customer satisfaction
  • To provide satisfactory explanation to customers and take remedial action where necessary
  • To provide pro-active feedback to the customer to ensure that the committed ETA is respected
  • To alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the Call Centre / Customer Service industry.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and customer service skills
  • Location : 1 Greenwich Drive
  • Working days : 5 days a week (including Weekends and Public Holidays)
  • Comfortable working shifts
  • Singaporeans only
