Job Description:
- Assist and guide patients on how to use the self-service kiosk.
- Counter duties, patient registration / schedule appointments.
- Attend to queries, including use of relevant apps.
- Provide enrolment service to eligible patients.
- Keep track of enrolment numbers.
- Maintain booth / counter and logistics, e.g. promotional materials.
- Assist with crowd control.
- Any other ad-hoc admin or customer service duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level and above.
- Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel) and relevant apps.
