Job Description:

  • Assist and guide patients on how to use the self-service kiosk.
  • Counter duties, patient registration / schedule appointments.
  • Attend to queries, including use of relevant apps.
  • Provide enrolment service to eligible patients.
  • Keep track of enrolment numbers.
  • Maintain booth / counter and logistics, e.g. promotional materials.
  • Assist with crowd control.
  • Any other ad-hoc admin or customer service duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level and above.
  • Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel) and relevant apps.
