• Handle general campaigns enquiries via calls & email

• Provide excellent customer service and accurate solutions

• Identifying and documentation of issues and feedbacks

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

😊Requirements😊

• Minimally O/Higher Nitec or higher qualifications

• Some relevant experience preferred

• Able to start ASAP, commit min 3 months to long term

• Singaporeans only
