-Transport provided at designated pick up point.

-Able to independently handle full sets of accounts for 3 different companies, including GST filing.

-Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.

-preparing analysis report for tax filing and financial management report

-Liaise with external auditors, secretary and and tax agents

-Responsible for all collections from cash and Credits customers, which includes payment by cash, cheques and wire transfer.

-Experience in hire purchased preferred.

-Prepare daily bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking .

-Maintain proper record and organisation of the filing system.

-Any other ad hoc/administrative duties as assigned by the employer.
