Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Other duties including assist in quotations, etc
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'O' Level / Nitec
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Entry level / no experience also welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
