Overview

Job Responsibilities:

·Process Customer Purchase Orders and Coordinate with different stake holders to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) are met.

·Responsible for handling all customer enquiry / complaint, work with different departments and reply in a timely manner. Provide support to region BD / Sales team.

·Preparation of quotation, submission and follow up of pre-qualifications / tender documents / project proposals which will include working with internal and external parties.

·Prepare and maintain all weekly / monthly sales report, RFQ and quoted price trend reports to HQ.

·Monitor invoices and ensure all payment received on time. To follow up with Sales Team for any outstanding due payment.

·Complete costing information including generation of costed BOM's, identifying exceptions and assumptions, and identifying and documenting all unique costs and issues.

·Responsible for the preparation and coordination of Request for Quotations (RFQ's) for materials components, subassemblies, system level assemblies and/or services based on quote requirements received from various departments within the organization.

·To Assist Other Ad-Hoc Duties As And When Required.

Job Requirements:

·Diploma / Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration and/or Marketing. Certificate Holders With relevant Experience Will Also Be Considered

·Proficient in ERP & MS Office.

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player, result-oriented and ability to multi-tasks and meet tight dealines.

·Knowledge of policies and procedures of pricing/quotations department. Some knowledge of product line/system. Basic knowledge of domestic / international law preferred.

·Preferably Min 2 - 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in the Oil & Gas industry.
