CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (EAST/WEST) | OFFICE HOURS | UP TO $2100

Location: Bukit Batok

*Alternative locations: Havelock/ Bedok (Have to report to Bukit Batok for first few weeks of training)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm, alternate Sats 8.30am to 12.30pm

Salary: Up to $2,100 + Bonus/Incentives

Job Description:

- Perform 1st Level Customer Service at a Call Centre

- Answer phone calls regarding to assigned department

- De-Escalation when needed

Job Requirements:

- Minimum O levels with experience / Higher Nitec
