Premier Golf is Singapore’s first comprehensive golf facility with the latest simulators, short game facility including a sand bunker, and fitting centre to learn, practice and enjoy golf fully air-conditioned! Our in-house golf academy will be focused on beginners and kids from 3 years old.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate centre manager to join our young family of coaches and staff in handling customer enquiries, manage the facility and lessons booking system, sell lesson and membership packages, and manage the golf facility and clubs in a way that is reflective of our brand. Attractive bonus and training will be provided, including free golf lessons to understand the game!

Responsibilities

 Communicate with customers, answer queries and resolve problems

 Build strong relationships with customers and promote our brand

 Handle and resolve customer complaints with understanding and diplomacy

 Provide lesson and service recommendations based on customer needs

 Explain program details, follow up on sales enquiries and proper enrolment

 Understand and introduce golf simulator use to customers

 Manage internal customer management software for booking of facility and lessons

 Opening and closing as well as overall housekeeping of the facility

Location & Commitments

 Base salary with performance bonus

Candidate Requirements

Essential

 GCE N Levels

 Good command in English

 Enthusiastic learner with good verbal skills

 Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with customers including kids

 Strong problem solving abilities and desire to create positive customer experiences

Preferred

 Prior experience in customer service (1 year)

 Basic conversational Mandarin

 Basic understanding of golf
