General cum Admin Assistant (Clinical Research) (REF: HJY)

Looking for a General cum Admin Assistant for a Pharmaceutical Research MNC!

Open to start as Locum at $12/HR, convertible to 1 Year Renewable Contract with good benefits!

Location: West (Biopolis)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am - 4pm

Job Description:

• Provide general admin support for the Clinical Research Unit (CRU)
• Maintain the CRU office, pantry and consumables supplies, to ensure sufficient stocks are available to support any study and operational activities
• Assist to review and amend SOPs when needed
• Booking of facilities, and liaise with vendors for maintenance, collection of laundry etc.
• Receive and distribute supplies/stocks to labs or relevant departments
• Assist the study team to order meals for study objects
• Prepare/raise on-boarding and off-boarding of new hires/transfers
• Initiate and coordinate orientation program for new employees
• Cover for receptionist when needed
• Creation of SharePoint Distribution Group
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma or equivalent
• Applicants with strong administrative experience preferred
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
