  • Provide full administrative support to the Manager.
  • Handle all private and confidential matters and attend to phone calls.
  • Arranging appointments for the manager to meet with the clients.
  • Organize and schedule internal/external meetings and company functions when required.
  • Maintain a proper filing system, data management for file sharing.
  • Requisition and replenish all office supplies and consumables when necessary.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.


  • Diploma / Professional Degree in any discipline. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Meticulous, Enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint).
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Only Singaporeans.
