Job Scopes

• Participates in the development of study specific recruitment plan.
• Plans and executes the recruitment activities according to study specific recruitment plan.
• Familiar with protocol requirements to be able to provide potential subjects a study overview.
• Prepares and sends study invitation to potential volunteers.
• Schedules screening appointment for study visits.
• Participates in the development of recruitment strategies.
• Coordinates publicity blitz and recruitment exercises.
• Works with external collaborators to drive recruitment initiatives.
• Updates and maintains recruitment database as necessary.
• Assists CRU-TL to collate recruitment metrics.
• Assists CRU-TL in the implementation/creation of forms and documents for recruitment activities in compliance with study & regulatory requirements.
• Works with CRU-TL on process improvement initiatives.
• Works with Capacity Planning & Resourcing personnel to coordinate scheduling of screening appointments.

Job Requirement

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Science related fields
