Looking for Temp Clinic Assistants based in Specialist Outpatient Clinic!

Those without experience in healthcare welcome, OJT provided!

Min 6 months commitment, at least till Jun'23.

Location: West

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hours

Job Description:

• Demonstrate care, empathy and professional front line customer service
• Facilitate registration for walk-in patients
• Updating of patient particulars in the system
• Scheduling of appointments
• Assist in treatment and medical examination when needed
• Assist in basic financial counselling
• Maintain the tidiness of workstation and clinic compounds
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min O/A Level/Diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
• Those with some customer service experience will have advantage
• Comfortable working in all healthcare settings
