• Support luxury brand in leading contact centre
• Up to $2800 basic salary + Allowances
• Duration: 2 months contract (to start ASAP)

Description:

• Handle customers enquires from various channels - inbound calls, emails, live chats and WhatsApp chats
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
• Ensure CRM system is accurately updated
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Interest in the fashion and luxury industry
• Positive mindset and flexible to adapt to changes
