Contract Period: 3 Months - 25 Oct 21 to 24 Jan 21 (possibility to start on 21th Oct instead)

Salary: $8/hour

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) + Alternate Saturday (9am-1pm)

Working location: Kallang Sector ( Currently WFH but if there are changes to government directive, might work in office at times.)

Paid training is provided!

Job Description:

- Manage incoming and outgoing calls according to SOP

- Handle general enquiries from public regarding OEM issues

- Escalate cases to supervisor

Requirements:

- GCE N/O Level and above

- Able to commit 2-3 months
