Branch Financial Advisor - High Basic Pay + Commissions | 5 Days Work Week | Islandwide

Salary: Basic $2,900 - $3000 + Commission (Based on your sales, averages $3,000 - $4,000 a month) + $1,000 flexi-cash per year

5-Day work week (4 weekdays, 1 weekend)

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide good customer service by attending to walk-in customers’ enquiries

- Understand customers’ financial needs and advise them accordingly

- Review customers’ financial goals and implement suitable plans (Insurance/Investments)

- Set up appointments with potential customers via calls (leads provided)

Requirements:

- DIPLOMA/DEGREE HOLDER IN ANY FIELD (Minimum 900 credit hours for Diploma holders)

- Prior experience in Financial Advisory or Banks is a plus

- Self-motivated and sales-driven

- Willing to take initiative and possess strong interpersonal skills

- Keen to help others around them and build relationships
