Clinic Assistant - Full Time

$3000. 5.5 days/ week, 8.30am - 6.30pm

Location: Orchard

Job scopes

• Provide patient relations, customer service and financial counselling to patient
• Manage front desk reception duties and patient's enquiries
• Schedule follow-up appointments for patients
• Issue invoices and handle collection of various payment modes
• Perform e-filing for insurance and Medisave claims, liaising with corporate insurance billing
• Stock check and replenish stationary supplies, inform and assist to order medical supplies

Requirements

• Only Singaporean
• Good communication skills - fluent in english
• 1-2 years of experience working in healthcare
• Must have experience with medisave/ insurance claims
