We are looking for independent and self-motivated individuals to join our event planning team as an Events Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage assigned event project timelines
• Source for partners, suppliers/vendors based on event project requirements
• Communicate, maintain and develop good rapport / positive relationships with various internal and external event stakeholders, suppliers/vendors, sponsors, content providers/speakers
• Co-ordinate the fulfilment of assigned event agreements and partnership deliverables
• Support the event programme delivery and logistics
• Ensure excellent internal and external customer service and quality delivery
• Keep abreast of market developments and perform periodic competitive analysis
• Assist in any other duties required by the events team from time to time

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Events Management/Business/Marketing or equivalent is preferred
• Relevant experience would be a plus!
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Able to take initiative, be independent and handle various projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Independent, organized, meticulous, analytical and creative with problem-solving skills, team player
• Highly motivated individuals
