Overview

A renowned coffee chain seeking motivated service crew staff and manager to operate and manage cafe outlet.

Duties and responsibilities as Service Crew:

(i) Greet customers, present menus, handle customers’ queries and make recommendations

(ii) Take food and beverage orders from customers and handle sales transaction(s) through POS system

(iii) Prepare food and beverage orders accordingly

(iv) Conduct cleaning and clearing of tables after customers finish their meals

(v) Conduct opening and closing activities including disposal of rubbish to the building collection area from time to time

(vi) General maintenance of coffee machine and kitchen equipment

(vii) Other duties may require from time to time

Duties and responsibilities as outlet manager :

(i) Manage outlet operations and staff including inventory stock taking, ordering of ingredients, staff work scheduling and opening/closing of POS.

(ii) Propose business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand customer traffic andoptimise profitability

(iii)Meet sales goals by upselling and training of staff crew

(iv) Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and manage customer recovery

(v) Ensure high level of hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet

(vi) Perform store administration and ensure compliance with government regulations and standard operating procedures

(vii) Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

(viii)Additional store manager duties as needed
