Overview
Job Responsibilities :
- To assist in recruitment and onboarding/debriefing to successful candidates
- To handle foreign workers’ work pass and insurance such as security bonds and work injury
- To arrange courses for workers
- To manage the attendance record for both local and foreign staff
- To handle the process of Group Insurances administration and ensure compliance with the Act
- To maintain staff record and HR system
- Act as the point-of-contact for staff on matters relating to HR.
- To provide clerical and administrative support
- To handle all file documents and manage mailings
- To coordinate for company events and staff activities
- Assist in other ad hoc tasks as requested
Job Requirements
- Minimum ‘A’ level/Certificate in a HR-related discipline
- At least2years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Mature team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Occasionally outdoor work is required
- Must have initiative, be well organized, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good team player
- Position is open only to Singaporean or PR
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
