HR Recruiter (Trainee)

No experience necessary, full training provided.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am-6pm

Salary: $3000 - $3500 + Commission

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle of the recruitment process
• Actively source for suitable candidates
• Job posting on different platforms
• Screening resumes to ensure they meet the stipulated requirements
• Setting of interviews
• Conduct preliminary interviews
• Coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates
• Data entry of relevant information
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR Manager

Job Requirements:

• 21 years old and above
• Minimum 'A' Levels/Diploma
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Singaporeans/PRs only
