Responsibilities

• Able to perform job matching, selection & shortlisting of potential candidates
• Able to learn and perform front-line and backend job scope
• Conduct end to end recruitment involving identifying and screening candidates, arranging & conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and offer of employment
• Develop effective recruitment strategies and training programs for new comers
• Collect, monitor, and presentdata on recruitment drives
• Prepare and conduct in-house training for candidates
• Gather data and feedback to senior management team

Requirements

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills to conduct training effectively
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Ambition and high drive to success
