Overview
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee one, two or more Food stalls in the process of setting up, providing and reviewing layout, assisting in equipment purchase
- Plan and formulate menu
- Advise and review selling price from time to time
- Setting of sales target for team to work towards
- Provide training to the Cooks, Assistant and Counter Crew
- Planning of duty roster to ensure smooth Operations
- Carrying out performance appraisal
- Provide advice on how to formulate food cost
- Controlling the purchase of raw materials
- Conduct timely review of food cost
- Prepare SOP for recipes and sauces
- Formulate food quality and hygiene control once a month for 1st three months
- Follow up for food audit once every quarter
- Provide necessary guidance & consultation on food preparation
- any other duties assigned by Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- GCE O Levels
- 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in F&B Industry
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Independent and resourceful
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good leadership skills
- Passionate for F&B industry
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
- 6 days work week
