Responsibilities:

• Understanding job requirements and outlining job descriptions.

• Candidate sourcing through online job portals, social media, applicant tracking systems, & etc.

• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.

• Shortlisting and profiling candidates for clients.

• Coordinate interview arrangements and perform pre and post-interview briefings.

Requirements:

• Min a Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin. (required to liaise with the Chinese clients)

• Positive working attitude, target-driven and a team player.

• Only Singaporeans.
