Retail Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Introducing and selling of Apple and 3rd party products to customers

• Provide basic product troubleshooting and advice to customers

• Providing excellent service to our customers

• Maintaining adequate inventory in store

• Ensure overall cleanliness of store and storeroom

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O/N levels, preferably with 1 year of I.T. sales experience

• Applicants with no prior sales experience are also welcomed as training will be provided

• Possess knowledge of Apple products/software or related I.T. products

• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly and confident personality

• Team player

• Customer focused mindset

• Dark brown or black hair (Tidy and neat)

• No nail colours, neat and short

• At least black covered shoes
