Job Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service for an enjoyable retail experience

• Answer queries from customers and assist in making recommendations according to customers’ needs

• Assist with stock check and cashiering duties

• Basic housekeeping to ensure that storefront is clean and professional looking

• Work as a team to achieve monthly sales target

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the outlet

Job Requirements

• Good initiative and effective communication skills

• Candidates without relevant experience but have a passion in Retail are welcome to apply

• Candidates more than 3 years of retail experience will be considered for Senior position

• Able to commit retail hours

• Customer-oriented and possess positive working attitude
