Sales Associate 'IMMEDIATE START'

«BILIMBI» – is a successful and booming retail chain in Singapore for selling sweets with a unique concept. There are currently 2 established and opened Bilimbi stores with more new stores to open soon in Singapore! We are looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Associate.

Job description:

• Providing outstanding customer service to all customers with store presence and customer acknowledgement, great product knowledge to answer customer questions and assist with customer needs. 
• Processing customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and in a courteous manner, resolving any issues as necessary. 
• Assist with management of logistics from receiving shipments to organizing and replenishing products and stock levels in-store.
• Perform banking duties, including handling cash and card transactions, maintaining accurate cash registers.
• Assist with display of products and ensure all products are aesthetically displayed in the store.
• Developing strong working relationships and teamwork with store managers and colleagues.
• Awareness of store’s/brands promotions, products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers.
• Perform any other duties assigned/delegated by the store management based on operational needs.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience of minimum 6 months
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal communication.  
• Flexibility with working hours; including weekends and holidays.
• Certificates of any other work skills is preferable.

• To meet or go above and beyond store budget and earn bonuses. 
• Salary comprises of salary + bonuses (from 2000-2500 SGD)
• Schedule 2/2, from 10:00 to 22:00
