Description

• To assist TCM physicians in chaperone, patient care and treatments (such as massage for both gender, auricular ear seeds acupuncture, and other TCM modalities)
• To conduct therapy treatment for all programs instructed by the Physician.
• Manage clinic counters such as appointment booking, collection of payment, and bookkeeping.
• Take care of general clinic cleanliness and tidiness (including laundry).
• Ensure all treatment details are recorded in the system.
• Ensure turnover and tidiness of treatment beds, towels and equipment
• Ensure adequacy and refilling of acupuncture needles and supplies
• Conduct inventory checks weekly.
• Dispensary of TCM herbs to be done correctly
• Clinic ad-hoc duties whenever necessary

Requirements

• Passionate in healthcare and customer service
• Good personality.
• Able to communicate with patients bilingually.
• Basic IT knowledge/skills is needed.
• Ability to manage stress, highly motivated with the ability to work in a team, and in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant medical experience is an advantage.
• Passionate in learning new things.
• With or without experience are welcome.
• On-job training provided.
• Able to commit 5.5days work week.
