·Handle social media marketing

·Conceptualize creative ideas for social media posts

·Plan content calendar by creating content for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok

·Manage and update social media uploads and inquiries

·Other duties as assigned

Tele Sales

·Answering customer’s inquiries over the phone and online inquiries

·Retrieve and contact customer's for confirmation

. Order entry to the system

. Track customers payment

Requirements

• N/ O level and above
• Customer-oriented
• Bilingual
• PC Skills: Microsoft Excel, Words
• Proficiency Adobe software and Canva is an advantage
• Must be comfortable working in a non-halal environment
• 5-day work week from Mondays to Fridays 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
• Preferably residing in Yishun/Admiralty/Sembawang area
• Experience in similar role
• PR is welcome
